If you had a free pass for plastic surgery what would you get done and why?

I'm not even going to lie...

TUMMY TUCK & BRAZILIAN BUTT LIFT! Obviously, Tummy Tuck due to my weight gain & pregnancy...and I am not too proud to tell the world that I need a new butt! LOL! We all know I lack in the bootay department! Hahaha!

    Listen to this girl....if you know the right thing to say to the naval doc you can get a free tummy tuck and boob job. you just have to know that you dont want anymore kids. crasy huh? ~Jess

    I would absolutely get the butt lift as well! And a nose job, breast reduction just to like a full C, and lipo on my thighs, aaaaand a tummy tuck bc this post-baby FLAP has gotsta go! lol.

    I'd have to agree on the breast reduction to a "C" as well...but I'd hate to have those ugly scars on my boobs.
